School shoes

Having opted against private school and the compelling prospect of a school uniform, I'm now trying not to make a big deal of back-to-school shopping.  Trying to de-emphasize.  It's hard.  I resist, and then another batch of fall catalogs appear in my mailbox.  Marigold has already selected a dress, one she's worn all summer, for the first day of kindergarten.  But she was in need of some fall shoes.  Just one supercute pair...
