Last weekend we explored a wooded area near our house and took a "bear hunt" through the ravine. It was a fun family hike and Marigold asked to do it again pretty much every evening this week. We went back once, but the days are getting shorter and its getting harder to get out in the evenings after dinner before it gets dark. I snapped a few pictures, hoping to capture and remember their sense of adventure and the late fall sun shining down on them.
