We're all set up on the bikes now. Marigold has her 20 inch without training wheels. Jay replaced his 20 year old mountain bike with a brand new shiny hybrid. The Burley has been removed from the attic of the garage and dusted off. My road bike has been given new pedals that don't require my snap-in bike shoes, so I can hop off more easily for family biking. And off we went last night, in 90 degree heat, for a ride through the park and to the smoothie shop. We felt like we were living the dream!
